Are you getting the most from your suspension?

If you've spent your hard earned cash on your bike, you want to get the most out of it. So many people are riding around on great bikes that haven't been setup correctly. A basic bike, setup correctly, can perform better than a high end bike that's setup incorrectly!

To help you out with this, our guys in the workshop have put together a Suspension Setup Guide.

Before you start setup, you will need to make sure your bike is in good order, for example, if your rear suspension pivots are worn or tight, it's pointless trying to set the bike up. Any stiction or play will have a huge affect on the suspension. When was the last time you had your forks or shock serviced?
