Delivery Information

Delivery is free within the UK by Royal Mail First Class post. Where the item is bulky, we will deliver it by TNT, which will require a signature. If you would like a Saturday delivery or Special Delivery, you will need to pay for the premium service. We are unable to fulfill delivery requests such 'leave in shed, or deliver next door' - if necessary please provide an alternative delivery address where someone is able accept the delivery.

Deliveries to Western Europe by Royal Mail are chargeable. If an item is bulky, please contact us before ordering. Delivery outside of these areas needs to be arranged with Pearce Cycles before ordering.

In some cases our suppliers* request that we only supply their products to UK addresses, therefore certain products are unavailable outside of the UK. If this is the case we will contact you after we receive your order.

*We are unable to supply Specialized products to non-UK addresses.
We suggest contacting your local Specialized distributer for prices and availability.
