James and Dave visit our french connection

Steve's hoping for a strong performance.

The Jim Williams/Dave Price 'tag team' has begun the challenge to wear Steve Bennett out over the next few days. Jim has entered the ring first to undermine his foundations (he hopes!) before an East Midlands Airport tag with Dave's name on it goes out to finish the job at the Grand Tour du Limousin at the start of May.

Dave has been focused on preparing for himself properly for this 3 day MTB stage race run over some of the challenging Limousin trails. Having done countless rides into work, successfully competed in both Welsh and Midland XC races and the Builth Wells Merida he should be in good form.

It'll be tough though, Steve has committed himself to another strong season of racing following a winning return to competition last year. He'll be keen to show there's life in the 'old guard' yet!

Both Dave and Steve will take part in the 6ème Grande Traversée du Limousin which takes place 1-3rd May 2008. We wish both of them the very best of luck.
