Pearce Cycles Downhill Series - Round 5

We are short of marshals for both days, if you're able to help please give us a call.

On Saturday evening there will be a pig roast in the main arena.

Unfortunately Rick Keates is not able to attend this weekend at Bucknell. Rick kindly offered a free bike repair service to all competitors at all other rounds.

The Baron of Beef in Bucknell (approx 1/2 mile from Bucknell venue) has a certified campsite with electric hookup. Tents & caravans are £9.00 per night, electric hookup is £3.00 per night. From Craven Arms A49. Take B4368 signposted Clun. In approx 2 miles turn onto B4367 signposted Knighton. Drive through Broome, Clungunford and Hopton Heath to Bucknell. In Bucknell, pass level crossing on your left, do not cross it and continue through village carefully. Pass church and pub Baron of Beef on your right. Continue out of village approx 1 mile and look for venue signs.

Camping & spectator parking - turn into flat field on the right.
Trade and team pits - turn into Race HQ on left (uphill entrance).

This is a new venue, so to be able to return in the future we would appreciate careful, sensible driving through the village.
