The weapon of choice
Cefn Llywd forestry complex was the venue, with very demanding terrain, bad weather conditions and a '3 hour, as many laps as you can' format, it was going to be a tough event. Pricer and Dave 'Sparky' Lewis were Pearce Cycles' sole representitives. They had mixed fortunes...
Pricer had a great day, riding his Stumpjumper HT, he was well placed throughout the race and really pulling through strongly nearing the end, picking off many fatigued riders, to park himself firmly on the 3rd step of the podium. A great result for his first ever race in expert's!
Sparky had some really bad luck, catching the sharp edge of a rock, splitting his tyre wide open. Little did Sparky know, but his day was to get much worse! See link below to Pricer's report for more...
