Our workshop offers top quality servicing and repair work, ranging from simple puncture repair to a rear shock service. We can perform servicing and repair work on any MTB, Road, BMX, Kids and even Electric bikes. As well as general servicing and repair work, we specialize in suspension servicing (forks and rear shocks) and custom wheel building/repairs. All of the services we offer are performed to the highest standard and great value for money.

We are a Shimano Service Centre for MTB, Road, Leisure, Hubs and Shoes. Our staff are highly qualified (Cytech 2&3) with years of experience repairing, tuning, riding and racing bikes. We know what works!

Our workshop is so much more than an average bike workshop, we have access to machining and fabrication equipment. This enables us to manufacture small parts for one off modifications and special applications.

We specialise in IronHorse Sunday frame repairs and modifications.

Many Sundays have spacing problem on the rear suspension pivots, due to the method of manufacture, causing bearings to be mounted at varying widths from the frame centre line. We take measurements from your frame and manufacture custom spacers to a high tolerance. We can also repair worn DW links, by machining worn surfaces and then manufacturing custom spacers to compensate for the material taken away. Prices here...

We are currently 16th in the 'Cytech Top 50' award! The Top 50 rewards and promotes those cycle retailers who have invested in their people and service through the industry's Cytech training and accreditation scheme. The ranking is worked out from the number of mechanics at the shop and the level of qualification the mechanics have achieved. The award covers every shop in the country, including the large chain stores with up to 5 times the number of mechanics we have!
