Suspension Service

We offer top quality suspension servicing, using top quality oils and genuine parts. We have qualified technicans with years of experience in servicing and tuning, all of who ride and race, so we know what works!

Here’s what you get when your suspension is serviced:

• Full strip down
• Parts degreased in a chemical bath
• Parts checked for damage/wear
• Any parts needed are replaced with top quality parts.
• Reassembled with new seals
• Filled with Rock Oil high SVI semi-synthetic suspension fluid *(fully synthetic Boxxer, 888 race tune and Rear Shocks)
• Set up to rider weight/style
• Test the suspension

You can either bring your suspension direct to the shop, or you can post it in using our Service Form. To get the quickest turn around please ring 01584 879288 and book your suspension in before sending and we will do our very best to send it back out the same day we get it.

Bike Service

We offer 3 levels of bike servicing to suit your requirements;

• Safety Check; your bike gets checked through for any faults with regard to safety and general mechanical condition, if there are faults that require parts replacing you are informed and given an estimate. Otherwise, brakes and gears are adjusted, all fastenings are checked, tyres inflated to recommended pressure and the bike is test ridden.

• Standard Service; same as a Safety Check except for a more thorough mechanical inspection, all cables are lubricated, all derailleur pivots are lubricated, gear shifters are lubricated, chain/cassette/chainrings are degreased then lubricated and seatpost/stem are greased with anti-seize grease (where applicable).  Full suspension bikes with air shocks will have the air sleeve is serviced.

• Full Service; same as Standard Service except hubs, headset and bottom bracket are greased (where applicable) , both wheels are trued, suspension pivots are greased (where applicable) and the bike gets a polish. Your bike will ride and look like new after this one!

Wheel Building

We offer top quality wheel building and repairs, we are able to work with just about every type of wheel around. Specialising in custom wheel builds, building wheels with components purchased from our shop and also components supplied by the customer.  We have highly trained technicians with hundreds of wheels worth of experience in mtb (especially downhill), road and bmx. Tying and soldering is also a speciality of ours.
