Event Cancellation & refund policy

Please email or call us if you wish to cancel an race entry.  We will issue a refund, less a £10 admin fee for each event needing a refund up to two weeks before the event date. We are unable to issue any refund for cancellations within the two weeks leading up to the event date. Please note your entry is not transferable to another rider.

For uplifts only you can cancel or transfer your booking free of charge up to 24hrs before the day of the event. If you cancel or transfer in the 24hrs leading up to the event we will keep a £5 admin fee.

Should it become necessary to cancel a race for any reason, entry fees may be returned at the organiser's discretion less any costs incurred.  In the case of uplift & training days you will receive a full refund or have the option to transfer to another date where available.
