Orange Bikes to sponsor the 2024 Pearce Downhill Series
Orange bikes have streamlined their business, moving their offices and assembly lines all into the same building as their frame production.
This will see raw materials come in one end of the factory and complete bikes come out the other.
Flat aluminium sheet and billet will be cut, folded, welded and machined then painted to produce frames and then move straight into assembly to be assembled into complete bikes for you to buy.
Bikes will literally go from the drawing board to complete in the same facility. There aren't many brands in the world that can do that.
Orange have been on the UK downhill scene for years and have always supported us with product or funding.
Orange have now confirmed that they will continue this support for 2024 and hopefully beyond.
We look forward to working with them. Of course we have a range of Orange bikes in the shop along with demo bikes.
