Event Online Sign on Declaration
On entering an event organised by Pearce Cycles you agree to our terms and conditions and agree to follow our safety guidelines.
Riding a mountain bike downhill is a dangerous activity with an associated risk of injury. By registering for this event, you accept that you are participating at your own risk. You accept and agree that neither the organiser or their agents, officials, landowners, sponsors or fellow riders shall be liable in any way, or in any circumstances, for any damage or injury that you or your bicycle my suffer during, in connection with or as a result of taking part in this activity.
It is your responsibility to:
- Wear adequate protection with a suitable helmet compulsory.
- Ensure that your bicycle is in safe working order.
- Ensure your bicycle is safe and secure during uplift transport.
- Ride within your limits of ability
- Respect other forest users
If you are 16 years of age or under a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and conditions and be present onsite for the duration of the event.
Any riders under 12 years of age that have been granted special permission to take part must have a responsible adult ride with them at all times.
